The noodle dish is Pho or Vietnamese Noodles they aren't many restaurants around here who serve it but if you go down south near Flint or Detroit there are so many places but only a few that can top my mommy's cooking. ^^
Then there are springrolls one of my guilty pleasure. If you like eggrols I'm sure you will LOVE springrolls. The taste is more delicate than an eggroll but never the less it makes a great snack. Made these springrolls with my mom the other night now going to indulged myself with a good meal and snack.
